Mr. Virtyt Ibrahimaga is the Managing Partner of Shita & Ibrahimaga LLC. He is an Attorney-at-law, licensed to practice in Germany and Kosovo. His alma matter is from University of Cologne in Germany and University of Bremen in Germany.
Mr. Ibrahimaga was the founder of I.O.T. Law Firm, a leading law firm in Kosovo. He is specialized in Commercial Law, M&A, Banking & Finance, Litigation & Arbitration and Foreign Direct Investments including Privatization process. He also advises clients on multinational acquisitions, corporate governance and banking & finance. Mr. Ibrahimaga handles matters before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Pristina Basic Court and Arbitration Tribunals.
Mr. Ibrahimaga has directly engaged as an expert in drafting the Civil Code and a number of commercial laws and regulations in Kosovo. He has served and continues to serve as the President of the Permanent Tribunal of Arbitration at the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and has been engaged with several foreign chambers of commerce. He is in the list of recommended lawyers of several foreign Embassies in Kosovo.
Previously, Mr. Ibrahimaga has been engaged directly in numerous projects and has worked as as expert for different organizations in Kosovo.
Mr. Ibrahimaga is fluent in German, English and Albanian; and speaks Serbian.
Mr. Atdhe Dika is a valued qualified lawyer of over 10 years’ experience. After having initially practiced successfully insurance issues, beginning from 2010, Mr. Dika practiced law primarily in the field of Corporate, Litigation, Employment, Contracts, Infrastructure, but given the nature of the legal market in Kosovo has broadened his field of legal expertise in Kosovo. Areas Mr. Dika, covers include legal advice in Kosovo in pharmaceuticals, insurance, environment, property, construction, concessions/PPPs and employment.
Mr. DIKA has a broad expertise in advising local and international companies as has served as team member in some of Kosovo’s first major projects related mostly to PPP/concessions, construction and privatization procedures. He regularly provides legal advice to companies on the regulatory framework of their activity of interest and intermediates between companies and relevant state authorities for the obtainment of licenses, authorizations and legal clarifications. Being Kosovar/Albanian and having excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language, has proven very useful for clients, giving them the benefit of his background, experience and knowledge of the local conditions.
